Unit 3 - 7.5%

Task 3 Database Practical Assessment

Build, refine and submit a Microsoft Lists equipment loans database across the three database lesson weeks.

Assessment Evidence

  • 1. Evidence DOCX with screenshots and explanations
  • 2. Excel export of the Microsoft List data
  • 3. Microsoft Lists share link in the LMS comment box
  • 4. Live List kept available until marking and moderation checks are complete

Submission Method

What To Submit

Submit all three items through the LMS at the end of Week 3. The files become the permanent evidence, while the share link lets your teacher verify Microsoft Lists features that do not export cleanly.

Item 1

Evidence document

CSCGT_Task3_2026_Surname_FirstName_Evidence.docx

Completed documentation template with screenshots and short explanations in rubric order.

Item 2

Data export

CSCGT_Task3_2026_Surname_FirstName_DataExport.xlsx

Microsoft List exported to Excel so fields, records, LoanID values and sample data can be checked efficiently.

Item 3

Microsoft Lists share link

Paste into the LMS submissioncomment box

Shared with the teacher so forms, saved query views, report views and interface choices can be verified live.
