Privacy Principles

• Only collect necessary data
• Store data securely
• Use data only for stated purposes
• Allow individuals to access and correct their data
• Dispose of data when no longer needed

Digital Etiquette (Netiquette)

• Use appropriate language in communications
• Don't use ALL CAPS (appears as shouting)
• Respect others' time - be concise
• Think before you post - digital footprint is permanent
• Acknowledge sources and give credit
