Task 8 Project Guide

Select The Property

Choose a realestate.com.au floorplan that gives enough design complexity.

Steps

  1. 1 Find a house listing with a clear floorplan.
  2. 2 Check that the house has enough rooms/zones to design for.
  3. 3 Avoid your own home or a classmate home.
  4. 4 Record listing title, suburb, URL and date accessed.
  5. 5 Note scale, wall or floorplan assumptions.
  6. 6 Identify rooms that need coverage or wired access.
